That is a good question. I only can guess that the hardware will survive many of its' owners unless we get some tremendous break-thru. I remember when satellites became overbuilt, folks bought them out of bankruptcy and on a new, lower cost base could find customers to pay for the capacity. That will probably happen with infrastructure again unless the economy turns way up way fast.
