I cheated on my sourdough bread this time by adding yeast. My first loaf turned into hockey pucks. My second was heavy but edible. This is my third. It's still on the second rising.

Today I made sourdough blueberry hotcakes. They were very good.

Used real maple syrup, and some berry syrup made by my sister in law.

Yum.
