Strategic Data Ltd.
The Cease Trade Orders were issued as a result of failure to file
certain required financial information.
The Alberta Securities Commission is the industry funded regulatory

- RJK Awarded Judgement, Coleville Resources/Bradley Wilson
RJK Explorations Ltd. announces that it has on March 8, received
judgement for damages relating to its action against Coleville Resources
and Bradley Wilson for breach of contract and misrepresentation to certain
mineral concessions located in the Santa Elena Area, Venezuela.
The honourable court has awarded RJK a judgement of $158,296.96 and
costs of $4,708.29.
RJK is maintaining its interests in Venezuela and has formally
submitted through its wholly owned Venezuelan Company Minera RJK, S.A.
applications to five mineral concessions located in the Santa Elena Area of
southwestern Venezuela. (Please see news release of December 03, 1998).
RJK has identified through Satellite Imagery and Airborne Geophysics,
at least eight pipe-like magnetic anomalies which may represent Kimberlite
Pipes. Small scale alluvial diamond mining has taken place within RJKs
application for nearly a century.
