Bush has blown it on North Korea. He did this by disengaging, which guarantees nothing good happens. AT least CLinton's people talked to NK and got somewhere. Sure, they cheated but then we had video cameras in their nuclear plant so we could watch amost everything they did. Much better compared to what we have now which is zero intel and a lot of threats which are impossible to confirm. Bush blew it even worse in Iran, his actions compelling the Iranians to elect an anti-American extremist. Bush also blew it by disengaging from his "Roadmap For Peace" and letting Hamas take over. He blew it by pulling out of Afghanistan too early and letting OBL get away. And of course in Iraq he has created the biggest mess since Vietnam. Bush doesn't have a single foreign policy success in fact. Just failures.
