Er, Uhh John,

You may need to get the lower half of your bi-focal Rx checked. Thats a skirt that Bonnie Bear is wearing. I think Bobby Bear is her 2nd cousin from Saskahootch who made a record back in the 60s. <G>

Also, the article I think is dead wrong. It would lay the greater share of blame on the loaners instead of the borrowers even suggesting a draconian agenda. I would take the opposite tact sans the draconian agenda. I think it makes about as much sense as "Soros punishing Asean for admitting Burma". (If Soros, or anyone, tried such a thing then they are candidates for Barbara Tuchman's "March of Folly" sequel. In fact, they could be the whole book). But I am open to comments.
