nabeel - excuse me, but where did you read that tz's comments were 1)bogus and 2)rebutted by DES? i read every post as you did but i did not come away with the same opinions. to be honest, what concerns me is that tz has brought up some issues that have not been satisfactorily answered yet and i am concerned about that. does he know more than he is being given credit for? or is he just unbelievably lucky. from what i have learned, short sellers spend far more time researching a company than hopeful longs. i may be wrong, but so far he seems to be in the driver's seat along with all the $$$$. i wouldn't call that NO substance, would you?
