I own some CSCO, but I am not sure if I should buy more. There is a big argument that most of CSCO's earnings go to fund its option largess. They are buying back shares, but the share count is not shrinking, so they are pretty much countering dilution from earnings.

This article is not totally accurate and against CSCO biased, but it is worth reading:

It's a great company and Chambers would be a great CEO if he cared about shareholders more. :( BTW, he was one of the vocal opposition to option expensing. :(
