I just bought more ELI. I figure that this company licensing ELI's technology means that it will be approved for PCB destruction in Japan. This company has been operating since 1952 and I'm sure is well connected with the powers that be. I fairly sure that Japan's environmental regs are tough and if ELI can pass there doors will open elsewhere.
