I want to be as optimistic as anyone, but I don't see why the champaigne corks are popping and backs are being slapped over this one. The offers are stacked up this morning like planes over LaGuardia. Cannacord still a major factor. VSE has definetely turned North, but this one remains a problem child in my view.
