Clarke testifed under oath that he got a call either from Andy Card Or Colin Powell/Armitage's office to let the Bin Ladena and top Saudis out of the country. That followed Bush's meeting with Prince Bandar. Bandar was the fiorst person Bush met with after 9-11, the Saudi ambassador. That's the guy he listened to, not Richard Clarke or anyone else.

Later, not under oath, Clrke took responsibility for the non-interogations of Saudis, but he never recanted his testimony under oath.
