Microsoft (MSFT) 65.78 +1.30 (+2%): Company to offer computer manufacturers greater flexibility in configuring desktop versions of the Windows operating system in light of the recent ruling by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia. Sees no affect on Oct. 25 launch.
