In WASHINGTON item headlined ''Revoked options drive down Cendant CEO's stake'' please read in the fourth paragraph ...2002... instead of ...2000... (corrects year).

A corrected repetition follows.

And 17.2 million of Silverman's options became ''unvested'' and those options will vest at 25 percent per year through 2002, spokesman Elliot Bloom said.
