I watched in full both Obama and Cheney....Truly felt like MM in that several times I really wanted to slap Obama upside the head for continually bashing Bush-Cheney and their entire National Security program.

Those who had just watched Obama could tell that Cheney was fuming inside, but again was a class act...no red face, or clenched fists, and while mentioning the several acts of terrorism on our people’s lives and US property during the Clinton years, never mentioned Clinton or his policy. Cheney did pointedly discuss the NYT's and the release of Secret material and why it was so detrimental.

I encourage everyone who posts on this board, and all those who read it but don't post to listen and watch BOTH speeches in their entirety and see what they think, before listening to all the pundits.

I personally hope that Cheney will be granted the memos that he requested of the National Archives to release. Cheney pointedly said that Obama could sign that release. We are forced to ask ourselves, "if Obama could release the memos on ET that were deemed 'Secret' WHY isn't he releasing the memos on the information gleaned from those ET's that Cheney has requested.

What is Obama afraid of?
