re Handicapped parking stalls. I was already to give someone hell one time for parking in a stall at my local supermarket, with no sign inside the vehicle. Then I saw the fellow struggling on 2 crutches to his car.
I also recently used a handicapped stall at my office building for 2 weeks as I was getting around on 2 crutches. I wrote a note and left it on the dash with my phone number. No one called.
