I remember last June when people were saying that the total O/s was 540 million and the float was 162 million.

I even used those numbers in some summary posts, without calling the TA (hey, I wasn't long the stock at the time)

I can't recall who first posted that the O/s was 609 million and that the float was 210 million.

Anyway, I called the TA then to verify.

It always was around 609 million back in the summer.

So.....

now it is 684 million....

so we're looking at 73 million shares issued for acquitions or whatever else the company issued them for.

Of course, they wouldn't be dumped in the float as we all know about the 1 year rule now, Don't we all.

Of course, if one wanted to, one could call the TA to see if the Company was selling shares.

But we all know that the float only increases when a public offering is made, or restricted shares come out of restriction.

We also know that the company only has common shares. No other forms. No preferred, etc.
