nav intelligent updater virus defs for 11/21/02 are not downloading properly at this moment.

if anyone is thinking about retrieving them, consider waiting.

the download stops at 46%, then on a retry, at 29%. if saving to disk, the partial file seems to erroneously report that the whole 3.4mb was downloaded.
