Harrigan's comment about how good he felt minutes after the treatment means this is not torture, in my opinion. Such a designation should be reserved for what happened to John McCain and others.

I'm sure it's not comparable to water boarding, but when I flush my sinuses with NeilMed (a saline solution in warm water), the water goes in one nostril and out the other, and my mouth. It's not pleasant, but I don't mind it that much. I'm able to breath through my mouth, but I don't while doing the flush. It takes only a few seconds.
