Like Gore spoke out and challenged Bushie cheating?
Actually Kerry has spoken out, but he doesn't weant to be a bad sport so he's mainly letting Robert Kennedy Jr. do it for him. That includes two lawsuits underway in Ohio now.

Kerry didn't have solid evdience of being cheated out of Ohio for many months after the election. You can't protest unless you have evidence. And some of the evidence is impossible to get because of the paperless voting machines.

So if Gore, Edwards and McCain deserve a second chance, so does Kerry. Just like Reagan and Nixon did. Just like any politician who loses then comes back for a second try does. Kerry lost his first congressional race and came back. He has learned a lot. He would make a terrific president, and he has a better chance of beating the GOP candidate than Hillary does. Warner was actually the best-looking one in terms of winnability, but if the rightwing collapses now, someone like Kerry might be abhle to walk away with it. All he has to do is carry Ohio, and Ohio is turning bright blue now. Have you seen the polls?
