Got rid of Rose Bird, chief justice, but that's the last one I remember, and it was a long time ago. What the 9th did to Prop 187, limiting benefits to illegal aliens, is the one that killed California.

The 9th circuit constantly overrules the will of the electorate. Why bother to vote when the left controls the courts?
