fyi. could someone please post this on SI, I do not have posting ability there. I just got off the phone with Kieth at cvia, he sounded exhausted. says the phone's been ringing off the hook. But, the deal is still on, as good as ever. The lawyers are dealing with the SEC as you read this concerning the reverse merge with the private company, wotd. He said news should be released this week and all is right on track. I believed him and we will see alot of change soon. John
