Well, PPCO continued to gain AHs, but ENDO made an all cash offer at $5, which was the ACTAY level. However, there are some law firms planning to start class action and investigate if the PPCO's Board breached their fiduciary duties by entering into the agreement to be acquired at that price, since it seems that with the EE and the royalty payments that were due from ENDO, the $5 wasn't that fair.<g> finance.yahoo.com I can't complain about the % of the short term gain, but I still had a higher target.
