I don't see how Bush/Cheney leaving will have any effect other then to increase spending. After all the clowns that are spending all the money are still in charge and will perhaps even end up with a filibuster proof majority. Combine that with the number of promises the One has made and I think you will see debt positively explode upward.

Someone soon will downgrade the US to junk status I'm sure.
