Scott unless you are the CEO or other significant board member of a public company then you may not have a clue as to what can and can not be said. Marks posts, as I read them talk about nothing that is not already public. Don't confuse public information with illegalities. Your bringing up that language makes me instantly wonder what your motives are. Back off, as most of the investors of micro and small cap stocks have enough hard times trying to get valuable public information about the companies that we invest in. Scott Galloway
