Larry, not of my business but you can try the following sequence:

1. from this message go to the bottom and click on "Return to Communications"

2. again go almost all the way to the bottom and you'll find a "Create a subject!" link; click on that and follow directions.

This assumes you want to create a subject under "Communications" if not, then make sure you are under the appropriate subject matter (e.g. Semiconductors, Computers, etc.)
