Like Tom, I have a Sanyo 4900 and recently moved from VZ to Sprint. The Web is not as slow as I was led to believe. It definitely could be faster. But the all-you-can eat pricing on data is very, very attactive.

Sprint could work on

--making the interface easier and reducing the number of clicks
--much better customer service

But Sprint cannot be faulted for pricing. Cornbrains got that right, and Verizon has missed the boat. The Web is more addictive than you think and certainly more addictive than wireless web. You spend oodles of time waiting, and now you can surf.

It does take time to get a set of website addresses that you want to see. There are some sites that are easy to navigate. Accuweather for weather over the stupid Weather Channel interface. Hollywood.com over moviefone. Mapquest has way too many clicks, etc. www.sprintusers.com is a good resource.

I was not aware until reading psylent's post that ATT Wireless even had a customer for it mMode or mLife. Perhaps that warrants a press release.
