One other observation....it seems that lately in the last few moths, a lot of the majormoves happen with a gap meaning that the market has no volume or incilnation to go anywhere, even higher. All day the market Wednesday made a slow recovery on normal volume, however, only after hours when volume is thin and futures can be easily moved, is there a large jam job. Had all the after hours news come out during the day, I doubt the effect seen after hours would have happened to this degree.
