TO EVERYONE:

Answering some remarks made by other posters.

1) Your investment WILL be junk after the split. It would be best to sell before a reverse split as I said. Many will sell when the split is announced. This stock will then most probably drop back down again to this price of .03 or so. But this stock would seem alot better if it had a smaller float.

2) The earnings per share DOES change after a reverse split. Considering there will be less shares.

3) When I called Mike told me that there were 92 Million shares in the float. That is what I ment not Outstanding sorry for that confusion.
