It is a tall order to try and figure that all out. The first assumption I would make is that the $4 shares have not been exercised. if so, very few. Then trying to make the determination if all the .20 options have been fulfilled is doable but also difficult. As of Sept. 30, 97... 223,900 exercised. Stock has restrictions to sale ranging out until 11/98. As of 12/31 2,079,020 options exercised... same restrictions apply. More coming next post...
