Fisher is going to have to come back to Texas and fight it. Then he is going to have to prove he did not issued fraudulent shares ... The company has to approve all certificates now and they have attorheies to keep it squeaky clean. Plus there appears to be affiliates also. But no Midland is just getting started. GB
