I finally finished reading the latest INCE 10Q. It was an interesting read.....and some people wonder why the majority of INCE investors feel INCE/NPCT management lacks credibility.

On June 25th, someone on Raging Bull asks about a rumor that Sigma was about to file for bankruptcy protection.

Shortly thereafter someone who seems to be close to the company suggests they'll be able to determine if the rumor is true by calling Paul Metzinger.

The word comes back.....

"buck286 I spoke to Paul this morning in regard to your questions.

1) Rumor: Sigma 7 will file bankruptcy in the near future.

This is still a rumor. The company is exploring their options based on what is happening in the chip industry. We will be apprised of any decisions made, but to date that issue is just a rumor. "

INCE had already filed for Bankruptcy protection several weeks prior, but yet INCE management goes on record to say that the rumor of a Sigma 7 bankruptcy is still just a rumor.

Taken directly from the recent INCE 10QSB :

"On June 5, 1998 Intercell Corporation shut down all operations at Sigma 7 Corporation, its San Diego subsidiary, a manufacturer of memory modules ("Sigma 7"). Sigma 7 intends to seek protection for the company under the Federal Bankruptcy Code."

Its very hard to believe anything INCE/NPCT management says when these types of stories keep unfolding before us.
