The occasional difficulties that VRIO remind us that this is still a relatively new and rapidly expanding market. The comments recently made regarding VRIO's service are similar to those seen several years ago when AOL had its own chronic busy signal problem from its robust traffic. Also, compare this to what has happened with online trading firms such ETrade. They have been incredibly successful despite the very public failures of its system on multiple occasions recently. Those of us who are long VRIO, must evaluate whether these glitches are undesirable but acceptable occurrences from a market niche leader who is growing by leaps and bounds or are they harbingers of future problems. For now, I remain confident in VRIO's ability to work through these issues (while at the same time sympathizing with Jenna's frustrations!:) ).
