<<INCE had already filed for Bankruptcy protection several weeks prior, but yet INCE management goes on record to say that the rumor of a Sigma 7 bankruptcy is still just a rumor.>>

To keep the record straight.... Even though on June 5th management had already shut down Sigma 7, and "Sigma 7 intends to seek protection for the company under the Federal Bankruptcy Code", the 10Q does not state mgt. had already filed on June 5th.

<<"On June 5, 1998 Intercell Corporation shut down all operations at Sigma 7 Corporation, its San Diego subsidiary, a manufacturer of memory modules ("Sigma 7"). Sigma 7 intends to seek protection for the company under the Federal Bankruptcy Code.">>

If it was mgt's decision to seek bankruptcy protection, and Sigma 7 was shut down on June 5th - why wouldn't management volunteer that information (re: the shut down)when asked about a rumored bankruptcy. Why couldn't they simply say, "Sigma 7 has been shut down, and we're weighing our options, including the possibility of bankruptcy". A little candor goes a long way towards building bridges in relationships.
