Robin,

Let me add my thanks for providing us with an indepth accounting of the meeting. We all appreciate the time and money you spent to attend. It's strange how Rhodes can be so clever when his back is against the wall but yet so inept at running this company. I guess the only people entitled to getting indepth answers to their questions are people like Paul. I read nothing in your comments that lead me to believe PRLN has any better chance of survival now than they did last week. Even if we booted the whole Board, who would we get to run the company? As much as I'd like to see them all go, I'm afraid we're stuck with Rhodes & company until the bitter end. Rhode's lawyer will undoubetdly see to it that the law suit is dragged out for as long as possible in order to prevent any disruption to the board. At least until the end of the year. As for thier synthesizing and analyzing new compounds, don't count on it unless they get a partner. About the only thing they have money for right now is salaries and maybe running some screens. Synthesis and characterization of chemical structures is an expensive process. Did you get the chance to talk with either Campbell or Babish? I assume they must have both been there? I checked the technicals on PRLN today and the stock showed some signs of buying again. I can't imagine who thinks this company is going anywhere but apparently somebody does. As far as I'm concerned, it's like going to the casino at this point. I will probably hold my stock a little longer but only because I'm stubborn as hell. If I was being totally logical, I'd have sold long ago. However, I'm hoping just this once I luck out.

Hank
