MCO - reported today. It's tough to value this one. They are digging even more into "shareholder deficit" instead of "shareholder equity", but then they are retiring cheap shares fast, which is a good thing. Their business dropped, but the forward PE is still ~10. The investigations and lawsuits are still unclear.

I think I prefer MHP to MCO, but both are tough to value. I hold small positions of both.
