Tom, koodos on HOMS. I covered today for a nice gain. It may drop lower but I want to lock in my profits. I am still holding RIMM and EPNY.

I think it is going to get very interesting if Bush holds on to the win in Florida after the re-count. As of now, 45 of 67 counties reported, he is up 795 votes. I think Republicans are very smart for staying away from the public light for now. I think, if the re-count stands, Al Gore, as a man of honor and respect for the US Constitution, would be smart enough to concede the victory to Bush and not further divide the country. Certainly, so far they have managed to embarrass the US in the eyes of the world by bringing in reportedly 50 lawyers and bringing up charges of voter fraud. I think if the voter fraud did occur, it was not just a one-sided issue. I heard DNC was paying homeless with cigarettes to go out and vote for Gore. But the issue may not resolve until 10 days after the elections when the overseas ballots expire.

So beat goes on and so does my short selling.
