I don't know who they are either, save to take what's offered, at face value. I especially don't understand why the opinion of this particular organization had such a dramatic, if short term, effect on the stock price. Is it just a matter of suddenly garnering a wider audience of buyers which Fonix's own rather great past press releases simply didn't reach?

This morning sure turned out to be a great selling opportunity for the omniscient.
