Denis Could you please elaborate on "there are lots of other ways to make a buck" and how this specifically applies to the management and staff of IPM. I am having a difficult time with the fraud and incompetence allegations concerning management that I am reading on misc. message boards. IMHO the management of IPM have neither personally nor collectively done any malicious damage to the company. As well, I do not see any evidence that they personally profited from the last run up. If it is a scam where's the payoff. You don't destroy your career and reputation for 100K and a rented Benz. Management held their stock, the institutions held there stock, and the poor amateur investors (who did the real damage to the stock value) ran like hell. Lets put the blame where its due. Rob
