All desert sand is not equal , the way you gentlemen are talking any desert sand has value . Not true . IMO the sand only has real value if there has been a means of depositing precious metals into the sand . An example :- Naxos , CHIP and Griffin Gold , have their potential orebodies as a result of the Armagosa river depositing PMs over vast periods of time in an area that has high heat , which results in a concentrating of the gold/platinum in salt form . The surrounding hills particularly in the Tecopa area have also a mining history with about 30 old mine sites there . Check for those conditions in your backyard.
