ted-- when you say active, are you talking about on the street? if so, i would doubt it. its one i heard from a friend here in austin. of course they could have heard it from a friend in NYC, but here again, who knows. its a rumor. my question is and remains how much sense does it make? i sent ZAP ceo a letter a couple of weeks ago advising that his strategy was stupid. having seen some of the recent PR, he has either ignored it or not read it. to be honest, i dont know how far this rumor has spread. as with most rumors, i pass them on but have little faith in them myself. just wanted to see if anyone had heard it previously or if anyone thought it had any merit. good luck to all, trey
