You responded to Cheeky's questions regarding the circular but I am curious as to your view of his demand that the company make a response. I have to agree with Cheeky in that the lack of response is puzzling. I am sure that while they're in negotiations they have to be very careful with what becomes public. However, if this(#3002)is the hoax that we all hope that it is, it should be rather easily debunked by the company. Not a lot of fanfare, not a lot of legal worry; if it's false you just come out and say it's false.
