Silver Service is the lowest level of Real Tick - no level II, but the same order entry screen as in the full version. I use Watley as a back-up and get my Level II info from MBT when I do use them. And unlike MBT, Watley's Realtick supports IRAS. One of the boxes in the order entry screen is "Watley Desk", which is the one I find sluggish in response.

BTW, in answer to someone who posted here yesterday re e-schwab, I find that I usually do see my order appear on MASH, but after a 30-60 second delay. Certainly none of the Walter Mitty Action Central gratification you get from using MBT!
