Bramson sales

I've met Ed Bramson on three occasions. Two were meetings and the third was the recent annual meeting. It is my BELIEF that Ed Bramson must have had a need for the funds from this sale NOW. I have no idea for what purpose but at the annual meeting he made fun of himself about his market prowess and timing skills or perhaps I should say lack thereof. This was done with his typical dry english wit. He does not strike me as the type of individual to sell 225,000 shares out of 8,000,000 + just to "try and buy them back at a lower price". Based on his paltry salary and bonus, perhaps even "rich" people need money now and then. Should sales continue, or spread to other officers and directors, then I to will worry.

On a more somber note, I read the most recent red chip report out yesterday or today and they apparently have greatly tempered their enthusiasm and now have a target price of $10. They are not looking for any KM revenue before mid 98.

I will be honest in that I bought AXC as a home run stock. I believe that Ed Bramson wants to hit a home run for himself as well as the rest of the shareholders. Therefore, I choose to maintain my long position with the understanding that sometimes when you try and hit a home run, you still can strike out.

Respectfully, Dave Martinson
