BMTI is also trading at its intraday H up 7.74% on volume about 1/4 its ADV bigcharts.marketwatch.com It announced today that it has completed its 100 day Premarket Approval Application meeting with the FDA regarding the review of Augment Bone Graft for the treatment of foot and ankle fusions in the U.S. The FDA raised no unexpected issues that would impact the potential approval of Augment. BMTI expects it will be able to meet with an FDA panel early in 2011 and if the panel determines the product to be safe and effective, it expects approval of Augment by the FDA in mid-2011. The ACTAY is $18 That also would be a good % gain from present levels.<g> The insiders hold about 25% BMTI has around $51M in cash and small LTD, but has been burning its cash at a good clip.<g> The stock has resistance at the $12 level I will put a TT at $14 pending further developments.<g> bigcharts.marketwatch.com Bernard
