Thanks again TS. If there is such an animal as an
"average Fab" how many production lines typically
exist? For instance, the Hyundai order was for a new
Fab and consisted of, possibly, 30 i-line and 15 DUV.
Would such an order provide them with full production
capacity? You don't have to be exact, because like
Captain Kirk said to Dr. Spock, I believe your guesses
are better than most.<g>

By the way, what engineering/architectural firms may be
gaining the most experience and contracts from the
current and projected Fab expansions? More importantly,
are there any publicly traded firms specializing in
this area and are getting positive bottom line impact?
