The reason the Schwab AH bid/ask hence fills, suck is because Schwab uses the (formerly known as) REDIBOOK (or something like that) they recently merged with another of those electronic books... so in essence our bid/ask is not truly represented in the entire AH market... you are limited to what Schwab offers.... this is the main advantage that going with Cyber trader would have... as in such case you can choose which book/market you go to...c but then again... there are other considerations to consider..... as you say... Street Smart does serve a purpose and for me .... so far it has worked... "ok"
