Hey Robin:

I just posted the press release for Paracelsian. They say they have $1.33 million. But if you subtract current liabilities (300k), that leaves them with only $1 million AS OF JUNE 30.

Hey paul: Lets see some of your creative accounting with these numbers. I'll bet you think they can last until next Spring right? Why weren't you at the meeting paul?

As of today, Paracelsian is well below a million. I can't see them making it to November. They must have really slashed payroll to have made it this far.

The annual meeting probably only lasted an hour because they probably could only afford the room for one hour.

Its my belief, based on the annual meeting and the press releases, that we should start planning the funeral for Paracelsian. Thanks Robin for all the information.
