Well ye 'ol Tannenbaum is looking mighty naked at the moment. Now I just have to get the 'ol boy down 4 flights without losing every needle on the way... :0)

Riley,

Thanks for reminding me to change that. I got stopped out of CPQ at $55, and am looking for the exit on DELL. Still like GRNO at these prices given what I personally know from my diligence trips there. KEA, PLAT, and TPRO should all fair nicely during the upcoming turmoil created by Y2K. TPII is strictly speculative (I don't own any) due to their relationship with BMR Software, brmsoftware.com . i've exchange emails with Mr.Bemer and he has quite a resume.

BTW, I also am long on USXX as well. 2-3 year investment with nice potential for profitable paybacks. They are non-self-promoting, which I like, but have one year exclusive with Wackenhut for their prison industry business plan. Time will tell.

Noticed that your MSFT is doing poorly. Check out the Jan 99 150's prices for Puts on that stock over a year out. Bet's are that you won't be seeing new highs in that stock in 1998.

We have relatives with MSFT so I feel your pain. This is indeed frightening for those shareholders and represent few cost effective methods of hedging against future uncertainy.

But I guess you enjoy throwing stones inside your "glass house".
