Mark, Intel took a 10% stake in USWB at the IPO. I tried looking for the link but it has expired on Yahoo. It's a wild stock that doesn't meet your criteria for investment. I bought at the IPO and held on through the ups and downs. Lucky for me it is up now. I wish I had the same luck with REGI....pain

Lesson learned... never buy a company a good friend owns. You can be too close to maintain objectivity. :-(
