If a Repub jay walks, in Dem's eyes he's completely corrupt...a Democrat candidate for Pres can state he's "friendly" with a member of the violent Weather Underground and liberals say ho-hum. >His chairmanship of the state senate committee that produced the law (IL Health Facilities Planning Act) which allowed his pal Rezko to stack the state health facilities board with cronies who approved unneeded projects - Rezko was convicted on fraud, money-laundering, and bribery charges associated with this.<
