The plot seems to be to intimidate it's members. "HOW CAN YOU ASSOCIATE WITH SUCH NASTY PEOPLE WHO CONSTANTLY ATTACK WE ANGELS????" "You want to deal with me? Don't deal with them." Intimidation and threat. I believe that is the new strategy, the others having failed. CGB is probably in o it too, along with numerous others.
